At BSB Transport, we understand that everyone’s time is valuable. From the time your vehicle is picked up, we will keep you updated on the expected delivery time. We are available to be contacted 24/7, and are here to serve you. If there is a delay in picking up or delivering your car, you will be promptly notified.
On the scheduled moving day, Brian will arrive at the agreed upon location to pick up the vehicle. This location could be your residence, vacation property, a shipping port, or your workplace. The vehicle will be photographed, physically inspected, and the mileage will be noted. A Bill of Lading will then be prepared, of which you will be provided a copy. Unless otherwise instructed, you can count on your vehicle only being driven from the point of taking possession, driving it onto the trailer, and unloading at the destination. Your vehicle will be loaded onto our trailer and secured using over the wheel tire straps. We never use any chains or straps with metal that could cause damage to your vehicle.
One of the most common questions asked is, “How much do you charge to ship my vehicle?” There are several factors when pricing the cost of a transport. The first factor is the type of vehicle being transported. For safety precautions, and Federal Department of Transportation laws, weight and length are primary factors taken into consideration. Other important factors are fuel costs, distance, and if special fees or permits are required. Once you are given a quote to transport your vehicle, your quote is guaranteed, and will never change.
