FINALLY, our family made the decision to get out of California and move back to Texas. We contacted Brian Bates, the owner of BSB Transport out of Grants Pass, Oregon. We were amazed at how Brian explained the process and transported our household goods without any issues. Brian made us feel at ease while in transport by sharing his GPS location and arrived 3 days later after the trailer was loaded. We obtained several quotes from other household movers and found Brian’s price to be fair. The best thing about Brian is he is the owner of the company and also the driver. There were no brokers involved. I highly recommend BSB Transport for any household moves.

We were in the process of selling our home in California and moving to Colorado. I made the mistake by contacting a broker for a moving company. I was bombarded with over a hundred phone calls from other brokers. The first broker I had contacted sold our information. A friend of mine told me to contact Brian at BSB Transport. I contacted Brian and explained that we were moving from a 3500 sq. foot home and needed our property transported to our new home in Colorado.

Brian was amazing. Brian listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then explained to me how the process would work. Brian arrived on our moving day with a beautiful semi-truck and trailer. Brian arranged for a crew to load our furniture and boxes into the trailer. Once the trailer was full, Brian was off to our new home in Colorado. Brian even shared his location using GPS on his I-Phone. On the day Brian was to arrive, I did not even need to call. I could see him pulling into our neighborhood on my I-Phone. Brian arranged for a crew to unload the trailer and eight hours later our new home was moved into.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brian. He was honest, his communication was excellent, and he does an outstanding job.

Not enough stars! Brian is the “go-to” for me regarding car transport for ever now. He was personal, efficient, on time, and available. His level of communication regarding the process was far and above any other experience I’ve had. Can’t recommend him and his service enough. If you want a car transported and want it on time and in perfect condition and don’t want to worry at all, Brian is your guy.

My Goddaughter who is 23 was making her huge life move from Northern CA to Boulder CO for an excellent job opportunity. She graduated with a bio medical engineering degree and will be working for a company that will change many lives. She bought a new Subaru (a very Coloradan vehicle) and needed to have it transported. She was assured her new vehicle will arrive on a certain day and before her job started. A day before her flight she thought to check with the broker on the delivery progress. The broker told her to contact the driver who informed her that his truck broke down and her car will be delivered in a week. WHAT? She was in distress and never handled this type of situation. She called me sobbing and I stepped in by contacting the broker and informed the owner they’re dealing with me moving forward because it was not appropriate to have my Goddaughter contact the driver directly. The contract is between her and the broker. Fast forward, with all my firm demands the broker sent a rescue transporter to pick up the car and that’s when our life got better! As soon as Brian got engaged it was a relief. He earned my confidence and trust by providing me updates when he committed to it. He delivered on his promise. A man’s word. Brian is an excellent communicator who not only rescued this brand new automobile but even delivered it ahead of schedule. He said “Liza we will not fail you” HE SURELY DIDN’T! I highly recommend Brian!!
