When Brian arrived to pick up my vehicle he explained to me how he was going to transport my car which eased my hesitation to have my car shipped. In addition, he explained that I would need to sign a bill of lading at the beginning and at the end of the transport. Brian noticed that I was still nervous about having my car transported and gave me his phone number and told me to call him 24/7.

When I arrived at the Sacramento Airport two days later, Brian was waiting for me with my car. He even loaded my luggage while I finalized my paperwork.

I contacted a broker who put me in touch with Brian, the owner of BSB Transport. I needed my car transported from NM, to N. Cal where my daughter was attending college. Brian arrived on time and presented himself well. His truck and trailer was meticulous clean even though there had been light snow and rain for the past week. Brian explained the process and had me sign the bill of lading. Brian told me to call him 24/7 if I had any questions. Two days later Brian arrived in N. Cal and delivered the car to my daughter. Both my daughter and I were very impressed with Brian’s professionalism.
